Step 1 Compound​​

CroftgateUSA's Machine Grade Compound is an advanced cutting compound designed to be the first step in correcting paintwork defects including swirls, scratches and etching.

When used with a machine polisher, the compound will cut the damaged clearcoat, remove the visible defects and level out the vehicle's surface, ready for refinement.

Ensure that all contamination is removed prior starting the correction process, usingMulti-Clean and a Clay Bar.

Spray Quick-N-Slick onto the surface just before machine polishing, this will lubricate the surface and help spread the compound evenly.
